Deconstructed Vegan Cheeseburger Salad With NexVeg

Craving a burger, but want something healthy too? @livepurejenna created the perfect recipe for this indulge in this NexVeg deconstructed cheeseburger salad using NexVeg crumbles.
Ingredients:
Salad
1 NexVeg Patty
1 large head Romaine (ribboned)
1 Tomato (diced)
1 Cucumber (diced & pickled)
1/3 cup Red Onion(diced & pickled)
Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup potato
½ cup small carrot
¼ onion
¼ cup of cashews
1 small garlic clove
Spalsh of almond milk
Splash of lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of paprika
Directions:

For the cheese sauce- Boil potatoes, carrots, onions in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes

Then blend together (with boiled water) with cashews, garlic clove, almond milk, fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.

Take the NexVeg patty, cut into bite size pieces and pan fry or bake

Add all salad ingredients to a bowl and use the cheese sauce for dressing.
